We are the South Wake Storm Youth Sports Association a highly competitive and elite Baseball and Girls Fastpitch Softball organization dedicated to academic and athletic excellence. The Storm is a non-profit organization founded in 1996, as a travel Baseball organization. The popularity of sports has grown in our area, so has our organization. In 2014 the Storm expanded the organization to include Girls Fastpitch Softball. Throughout the years the Storm has helped numerous young boys and girls attain their lifelong goals of obtaining a college education, while participating in collegiate sports. Emphasizing on teamwork and fundamentals, our players work hard to achieve their goals, both in the classroom and on the diamond.

As you can imagine, the financial resources required for participating in this type of sport is significant. Our organization, run solely by volunteers, conducts various fundraising events throughout the year. We also rely on charitable donations and sponsorships from the local community.
